One of the great things about ordering from an artist-owned company is that you are ALWAYS talking with someone who knows about the business and can tell you the status of your order. Not many companies out there can claim that! However, since I am the only person working, I may not be able to speak with you right away as I might be working on an order or tending to my newborn son or pets. My goal is to get back with you as soon as possible, but I promise to get back in touch within 24 hours during the work week (Monday-Friday).
